Flexible Spending Accounts

Many employers offer Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) options to employees. These plans are designed to let you save money in a pre-tax account to pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses such as co-payments, eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses.

Cancellations/No-Shows

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If not done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, there will be a $25 fee for each appointment missed. Three or more no-shows or cancellations in a one-year period may be cause for dismissal from the practice.
